Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

I am eager to take the next step in my career, but it is bitter sweet to leave such an nice workplace and team. Thank u for making my time at Hillman engineering co so rewarding. Thank u for the lessons learned, the challenges overcome and the growth achieved. I appreciate the guidance and mentorship provided throughout my tenure. Thank you for helping me grow both personally and professionally. To my supportive managers thank u for ur guidance encouragement and believe in my potential.
