During lockdown for month may 2020, Sbu2 division mumbai, Vp & Hr head pressurised to resign from organisation & threatened for termination. they hide from the top management that last years 90% revenue achievement. Truely not a Great place to work

1) No team work. 2) Don't join SBU1 Roofing solutions. 3) who will performing SBU1 In Roofing business Company will take employees only 6 months r 9 months only than automatically they say u r not performing. 4)No career growth. 5) Lots off politics. 6) No supporting manager in SBU1 Roofing business. 7) New Employee not get confirmation letter after 6 Months. 8) worst Manager in SBU1 Roofing business.

They didn't pay my full & final settlement because I was a cold war with my RM. But HR didn't want to understand my situation. They kept my full & final settlement.

No security for job. After serving 23 years to the company asked to resign due to not getting the orders. Engineering Division Head is fit for nothing. But management wants to reduce lower management instead of changing the head.
