They didn't pay my full & final settlement because I was a cold war with my RM. But HR didn't want to understand my situation. They kept my full & final settlement.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

No security for job. After serving 23 years to the company asked to resign due to not getting the orders. Engineering Division Head is fit for nothing. But management wants to reduce lower management instead of changing the head.
