Nothing i like at hikal.. company policies and working culture made me thinking why i have joined hikal

...ne.. no smart work..no leve no increment..even no insurance policy for parents..everything company detuct from ur ctc like bonus and pf.. they want to acheive target for that how much u suffer they wont even care..even they make u to work for 12 hours but for that no ooty allowence given or any kind of comp off.. strictly i wont recommend ppl to join..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology I love the fact that I am apart of team that market's reliable ,high -quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow. Sometimes,I have to work 12-15hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night

Have alternate double off and on time salary payment.

Dislikes

1) Appraisals are like very low 1% such a way, now a days our life expensive are gradually increasing but not salary due to this more pressuring towards financial status. 2) In company phone access are completely restricted in the way of safety, but we are missing emergency calls, for atleast in lunch break time need permission for phones. 3) Now a days children educations became so expensive so related to children education need some policy. 4) Medical insurance limit is not sufficient now a days so expecting more limit towards the medical insurance.
