Now his salary is 17-18 lacs PA. 5.persons who works longer time don't have value. 6.Asst.manger/ Dy. manager production working in the shift duty. & Executive working in G shift. 7.Doing Leave With out pay of workers/ Executive/ Asst manager/ Dy. manager. Etc... if they absent some time... 8 No professional... 9.At the time of increment doing favourism, not seeing his how long he serviced here... His Qualification.. 10. Persy supposed retaining after resignation, but he again leaving after 6-8 months. Means ?

Management good. Facilities given good. More reliable job work and good nature and support by management employee and other department employee

Poor management, HR department is very irresponsible. Other salary is mare then your salary in compare to your experience and dedication. Poor salary comparison in between all employees.

Absolutely pathetic compensation and appraisal system. In each and every function all employees are paid haphazardly. 5+ years experience employee gets paid less than freshers. On the other hand, freshers are handling the same tasks as 6+ years experienced people. No support from managers
