I work there in sap pp module since it's official job and in beginning you like everything.

...low salary 7000 And then increase it 10000 . This all are tendency to lure you. after that no salary hike. Not give job joining letter not give you PF

1. Whenever there is a odd situation everyone support you to overcome. 2. If you want to grow yourself by your own interest then there is no limit.

Dislikes

...are not capable than the gate is open to go out or someone must kick you out. 2. If you are in a senior position in company and did a mistake it must cost you with a deduction from your salary. 3. Training mechanism is very poor. 4. Most of the people believe in passing the ball to others hands instead of solving by themselves. 5. No tea or canteen facility. 6. Salary structure of workers very low comparative to other competitors in the local area.

It was my biggest mistake to accept their offer for job change. Actually I was a trap.

...onvert RFQ to firm order of M/s. Alstrom during covid situation during lockdown. I had prepared all documents related to PPAP and customer remote audit from home but company management does not pay a single rupees to me at crucial situation. This is dishonest organization so be aware before joining.

Good organization which provides optimum opportunity to fetch techinal knowledge in fabrication and various projects...work Environment is good with bunch of mentors to guide through in every circumstances.
