The management makes sure you work on every weekend and late hours of the day even if the work that is assigned in not required or fruitful. The CTC mentioned during negotiation and appointment letter has items which will not be paid to you which is a big shock at present day IT company.

...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are good and give good salary hike. Also give opportunity to new learner.

...g and unprofessional. The Timelines are unrealistic ,making it hard to keep up. On top of that ,if you need to take leave ,it often get denied, and your salary ends up getting docked. Also, the work from home option seems to be reserved only for managers and program manager ,leaving consultants with no flexibility.
