...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Likes

Work life balance can be maintained easily, as working hours are 37.5 in a week.

Dislikes

There's no retirement age for local staff, in a way it gives a negative impact from the growth perspective of youngsters, as the people are stuck on one position for more than 15-20 years. Growth is stagnant.

During my tenure I got influenced by wrong public figure and philosophies through Youtube so my mind got confused. Hence, left job after working few years.

I got my full salary till my last date of my job in this pandemic but i requested to continue but i finally lost my job. I am the only person in my family who earn for my family now due to this pandemic everything shatter,I hope you should again provide my such a platform to learn and develop skills to do better and give my hundred percentage to your organisation and fulfil the needs of my family.

Everything was good ,very good environment ,co operative people especially my manager ,my supervisor and. Richard sir ,hate off all these people who supports me a lot over there ,miss them.I don’t know whether i should be there or not but hopefully i pray for their healthy, wealthy and prosperous life .stay safe and enjoy happily.
