...perienced person. You come and learn if you have desire to grow or do something.you will get your salary ontime. no pushing in work.Vacation system is nice. as i compared it with other companies, I found hidada is better.

Dislikes

... for those are talented and hard working.too much politics at site or in office.those are know how to please only they get salary hike or promoted. Increment system very bad not based on performance but on pleasing to senior. System full of poor qualified or inexperienced person. Poor accomodation and transportation for staff not based on position or criteria.all in one floor. Over all a very poor managed company.

Likes

Company adopts latest technology in terms of new innovations what others are doing. Being a Saudi based company,I got several opportunities to go there for business purpose as well as training purpose.

Dislikes

I am specially unhappy with the company internal politics and companies bad appraisal policies. We have to manage the mass quantity of assignments within limited resources and despite of giving my best no appreciation from superiors.

Job pressure as per demand by client, other time you are free to work as per your wish.

Dislikes

Poor Team co-ordination, management poor, Disqualified people on high position, u butter boss u survive, no big EPC company it labour's company, no good facility, race discrimination.
