Employees are treated very badly here. CEO will insult you in every zoom call in front of everyone and also threaten you with your job saying "I won't let you work here, you are no good, etc., etc" and treat you like labor even after working like hell 24*7. CEO has no work ethic and is very arrogant. He doesn't know how to talk to an employee and will never listen to you. he has only one sole purpose in life just to make you enough demotivated that you will cry & leave your job. Very strict timings to work and yet no appreciation for your contribution to the success and hard work, you are putting in. Please do not fall for the fake reviews/testimonials for HiCounselor on Trustpilot, Review.io, and their website. They ask only a few users to post and provide reviews with their own suggested content. They make false promises before joining and later on, they will make your image wrong like you are not doing your job. No work culture and environment, ultimately you will get sick of their toxic behavior. So much politics and the Management team is very pathetic here, they won't listen to you. I am giving 0 ratings to the company in every category and never recommend it to anyone.

...ime after themselves making multiple errors. This is a completely fraud company. I tried asking for my promised bonus many, many, many times but CEO is a fraud. He do not respond to emails that concern payment. For all candidates seeking tech jobs in the USA, let me tell you something. DO NOT fall for this predator of a company. They promise fake "networking" after you have done with their training. No one gives a shit about whether you finish your training or not. You keep waiting and waiting for them to help you land a job. But they never give you the job. Then you are frustrated and you start looking out on your own, especially if you are an international candidate on a work visa. Then once you find a job on your own, you have to start paying them a hefty percentage of your salary as a part of the predatory ISA agreement. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THE FAKE TESTIMONIALS ON THEIR WEBSITE. I know for a fact that they are not true. Pathetic founders. CEO is arrogant and really stupid and not to mention a complete fraud. He doesn't possess any ethics or integrity. He is just out there to fill his own pockets. All his employees laugh at him behind his back. Some even insult him on his face on team calls but still he has no shame. Please do not waste your time in doing job here. They don't care about you or your career growth. Find a good company and work there.

Communication issues, ceo got ego issues and he feels like he’s running a milti billion dollar company. Co-founder was sweet and was supportive. Job was not secured, though it’s an early stage start up operations was set up properly.

This is the worst company. The CEO is useless. He have no ethics he will literally scold you in the meeting without knowing anything. He is a real greedy person. He doesn't have any knowledge. Also there is one lady with them as a Product Manager, she is a real snake. She can bite you any time. She will literally put her fault in her juniors and made them fired. She plays safe game, she always Sugar coat to the CEO. Also they will make work for more than 16 hours in the name of work from home The MS students please don't waste your parents valuable money by taking service from this company. You can literally search your own job and get one actually.

The Co founder Aditya is a fraud. He is egoistic and treats his employees poorly. I know for a fact that employees are promised incentives but are never paid, even after they have performed well. When employees ask him to pay incentives, he keeps postponing the matter by giving some random excuses. They do not place students in good companies. Do not fall for their fake claims on their website.
