...l always be trainee." Freshers future will be ruined. Importance to influence. Salary hike is not there. Saturday off is there only for few people not for everyone which is unfair.middle management is not good.skill will not be appreciated.proper role will not be given even though you have skill for it.after 3 years of training completion, you will not be considered as a permanent employee.

Low salary scale, 06 days working, no job trainings, paid food but very much poor in taste, no team outings, poor work culture, Job security very much poor, no carrier growth and learning, poor management decisions and etc,.

Good work experience in this company. and interview session , training aslo is most supportive team is there and about this company takes more cirtificates and training cirtificates .
