There is no job security in HIC. You may be fired at any time and will not be paid salary at all. At the time of appraisal they will make you sign a bond as per their instructions, if you do not sign then they will increase the salary only by 2 to 5%. There is no fixed timing. To show that you are doing the job they provide lunch which is not good to eat at all. If you have any other option then join there. You will soon get stuck in HIC GLOBAL SOLUTIONS. No one is happy here. HIC means anxiety, depression, office politics, a company with low salary which takes more work but pays less salary. They only shows off, they only does marketing and they does nothing for the employees except harassing them.

What i like only in HIC that they provide salary on time like last day of month and sometimes 1 day of month.

Nothing is good about HIC. So much politics in the team and micromanaging they do is so disgusting

Poor Management, No quality training, If you ask for your salary slip. The hr will say only people who leave the organisation require salary slip. No salary slip for employees in their HR Myntra. No KT for Projects. Only documentation is provided. No support from RM. You should be multi-tasking. Create blogs which they should post in their website and gives credit to their CEO. You also have to give answers to questions using their CEO account. Only they want to show off their CEO.

WFH They provided the work from home facility during pandemic. Gifts.. They give gifts to new joinees during joining and on birthday of employee as well.. Laptop Also provides the laptop for company work. Fun friday games is also good on every 2nd friday . HR The HR was fantastic . Her name (five letter word) starts with A and end with i . Company provided 1 hour lunch during work from home .

...ttitude of his position and money to the small employees. He can fire anybody. Low Salary.. yes every employee is sick of their low salary . Take more work from you and give you less salary.. Appraisal is done only in one year. They offer very less , nobody can survive on that salary if he or she is living on rent in Noida..

Good place to work with. HIC is among few promising companies that takes care of their employees and pay if you are working hard. Fun culture and free food

Nothing i have experienced till my tenure. Great place to work with.
