Bad working hours - I spent 14 hours straight one day. Left home by 12 pm. No salary promotions even for 3 years experienced seniors. No guarantees for job security, No notice period, they would send you home If they don't want you the next day.

Learning is good here, as long as you don’t end up in support projects.

Appraisals will not be provided on time. There is limited flexibility in work hours. Opportunities for development may depend on luck; otherwise, you might end up in support projects, which could hinder your career growth.

No job security. No one will help you to grow in this company. Very poor environment and no comfortability to work there.

No job security. Even after signing bond they fire their employees. Terribly very harsh behaviour with co-workers. I dint learn anything from working there.
