Only Good thing about Hi tech radiator is their salary structure.

No proper worklife 12-14hrs per day shift for staff engineers, no proper shop floor management, office politics this is very cringe thing happing in Hi tech radiator. All control taken by the owner itself their is no value to the staff decision. Pathetic experience working with this company. No proper initiative taken by the HR as well. Please check within how many staff members have left the company within span of last 10 months you well get idea easily what type of company is this.

No clear communication channel is established Management is not willing to share responsibility which ultimately leads to delay Micromanagement is practiced here but the output is not worth it Culture is very traditional with ancient mindset

Here I have interviewed. They are not going to give hike instead of it. They wanted to work person to be work on Weekly off Day for whole year. Also they wanted person to be work for extended work hours daily. Similarly They wanted female candidates but why they are interviewing male candidates why is clear to have to get Donkey to be sacrifice the whole life to get work Please don't waste time to be getting interview and don't waste your valuable SL PL to get here interviewed

There is nothing to like in this company.. Was looking for change. horrible politics..

Politics, people make groups and work in this company, owner is not supportive,all staff are hired with reference of plant head. So, you cannot pass them otherwise they will delete you from organisation.
