...employees Please don’t go there for the job because job security is nothing. Salary credit in employees account 24th-29th date of the month it means one month salary pay by company almost after two months. And not pay last Month+ Extra working days salary after resignation. Company have only two work one is high level politics and second is hold salary of employees after left company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

THE MANAGEMENT LOOKS AT THE KEY SKILL, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES ALONGWITH THE ENERGY AND IMPACT THEY CAN CREATE BOTH AT PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL LEVEL. It’s promoter driven company. No High level politics. No overtime working unnecessarily. Factory people and marketing people enjoying here.

No appraisal on time, no leaves, no job surety. Employee welfare very small or few person only.

Dear Sir, I am Ankit tiwari from Allahabad. Maine march 02.03.2020 me interview hua Delhi & joining letter issue 12.03.20 but company ne join nhi kiya. Kisi tarah bahut request karne par 18.03.20 ko joining di uske bad lockdown me Company ne na mujhe ek din ki bhi sallery di aur kam se bhi nikal diya na room ka rent diya na koi kharcha diya job se nikal diya ab aur kya support karenge Covid19 me inhone bilkul support nhi kiya. Meri job termination ka pura reason Company hr mr. Rajeev sharma, Sikndarabad Bulandshahr ko jata hai inhone bilkul mujhe support nhi kiya covid19 me. Thanks Sir & help me...............Ankit tiwari
