As this is a general non NABH accredited hospital a fresher can gain knowledge what to do and when to do overall it means freshers have the opportunity to work at grassroot level.

Dislikes

Both salary and work life balance is very poor. Higher authority and mbbs interns are rude in their behaviour.

There's nothing to be liked at Hitech Medical College and Hospital. It's a retirement home where the majority of doctors are useless

Everything....they pay salaries at their whims and fancies...sometimes they don't pay salaries for 3 months at a stretch

Actually it's a training centre for freshers. u just come work 1yr or 2 yr then go for another hospital which gives you a best salary package..

If u r a hardworker, honest, calm & a truth speaker so don't come here..

Absolutely nothing to like about that institute. It's run by someone who's delegated all of his power to someone who's uneducated and absolutely unfit for the job

Everything there...no infra ...no appraisal for good work...rather always a leg pulling attitude..

There all the staffs are supportive, good working environment, I learned many more things from this organisation.

Dislikes

salary are not coming timely, politics issues are there and hiring manpower in any background so hospital administration are no value there.
