Team are good but senior management in my team are interested in their growth instead of team growth. Though the company management do not allow anybody to do work beyond standard working hours but the seniors are pressuring to stay late. and there is no work life balance when you join this company.

Dislikes

time schedule for some staff is very bad, no salary appraisal and don't believe your senior that they will help you in case of need them the best.

Although the company has a visionary leader, it still needs to focus on job security and streamline HR policies

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike but there are opportunities for improvement which needs to converted to strengths in the long run

This is a very nice company which is taking very positive care of its employees even in this pandemic, the service of this company are very great,from my point of view it is one of the best companies in India.Thanks for our Hi- Tech Chemicals pvt ltd (Hi-Tech Parivar)..

The onus is on a particular individual, how much one can grasp or perform. Hi technology machinery and standards.

Dislikes

It is an owner driven company, with unethical working principles. The colleagues are supportive. There is a lot of office politics. Using of foul languages and insult by the MD and Director is a part of culture.
