Nothing to like here , better not to join , if you don't have any option start freelancing but never join Moople or Hitech From interview to colleague to work culture everything is terrific

They just want high qualified candidate with below market salary package Most disguise behaviour of Manager Beleive in hire and fire policy I wish I could give a minus rating!!

I was worked at Hitech Animation as a production Coordinator from June 2018 - till Nov 2020 . I really liked worked with my some collegue. They are really supporting nature .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics & management is very poor. Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow . Some seniors management staff ( Ex:Reshmi B Chowdhury) is so worst. Creative director Manoj Bose max time not available at floor, he is unable to access mail & Company owner Subrata Roy blindly support this type of employee, some of the employees are his close family member . (Ex: Reshmi B Chowdhury) I suggest if u are artist than try once but if you are belong to back office department enter at your own risk.

Never received the salary i was promised. Usually salary is realized after the 20th of the following month. No pay slip Offer letter was from hitech animation. Later on realised that I was under the payroll of a franchise. They refused to give me an appointment letter. Franchise branch told me I would receive the appointment letter before i leave the office. In order to receive an appointment letter one must serve a notice period .

Some people who are leading some department but they are most unhygienic person for any company.. Very bad in behavior. They are like cpim 😂. Very good in front of you.. But they are enough for destroying anyone life😂.
