Sometimes the size of the company or the large number of employees in a specific site hinders the proper communication. There are a lot of good ideas that don't materialize when ideas fall into the wrong "ears"

Dislikes

I like HGST a Western Digital company because for almost 16 years in service i acquired a lot of knowledge and skills where in i can use it on current job. HGST gives me an opportunity to become what I am today, it molded me to become a better person. I like also the benefits and compensation given to employees and job security.
