Very good organisation, management is very cooperative, they don't believe in removing or expelling someone. Increment is average. But Job security is excellent, Even during pandemic they made the full payment. Management never interfere in daily running of school. Principal and Vice Principal managing the school.

Dislikes

Increment is average, only person having contact with principal will get good increment or you have the courage to give a threat of leaving the organisation. Principal leaves very frequently, this takes time in making rapport with the authorities.

If you workwith dedication rewards are excellent when i joined i was learner, principal motivated me get the work done from me although he was from humanities background but helped and motivated me to work on the subject THANX that i am a renowned teacher .hostel boys are a bit naughty but overall good school. I am working for 12 years and for all these years i learnt happily.

Dislikes

Rural nature of the location of school can.be a problem, espicially if you have not spent some time in rural areas. If you love nature you will be in heaven.
