People get called with fake promises and when it's time to deliver, they will twist it in terms of bonus and other incentives. Job security is 0, as every other month, they will put you in PIP. There's no culture here. If you're a sales guy and you can achieve 3 - 4 sales in a month, you can join here to survive, still you will be at mercy of couple early hires (you have to be liked by them). Also, the co-founder is a man-child who holds grudges against his own employees. They're surviving on marketing. Nothing they show is real. My advice is to avoid such scams of companies.

Heycoach 😂 i have lost my time, my efforts and also the salary, they will say if you close the deal in 1 month you will get full salary, but at the end of they end up paying nothing or way less, and I want to ask managers and TLs why are you not making efforts to close the deal, why don't you take a call of customers and when they take it's just deny from customers they don't even know how to behave and take conversation ahead, their target's are huge and also fees is high with no marketing and advertising people will only say no to you and end the call, my suggestion never join this kind of companies instead stay at home, you will loose your time, energy, efforts.

Everything Poor Founders (Kamat, Kapasi) Poor Sales Head (Anup) Poor Managers (Abhishek, Prasad, Suneha) Poor HR Girl Ashmita Pandey Toxic work culture, you can ever imagine They will not pay if you don't clear the 1 month probation They will deduct salary, even if you clear the probation Their product ticket size is 2 lakhs, including finance charges for a 4-month full-stack course. Which is the biggest ongoing scam ever in the edtech industry. They do scam with their customer and as well as with their employees. Never waste your time, money & energy with this fake company.

1. Vague contract. 2. New ways of deducting salary. 3. Toxic managers and Office cultures. 4. Failed vultures from Newton School runs this place. 5. No job security. Will find new reasons to kick you out. and deduct salary. 6. Poor company, poor infrastructure. 7. Scams people by false selling. 8. Founders are big time idiots. 10. No work ethics, will make you work full day on a half day and will ask you to come to office on holidays shamelessly.

Nothing I liked about this company. The company is not even registered. They are fooling people. Only Tuesday is weekoff, sometimes they ask to work on Tuesdays too

...y train on DSA and System Design, which is a joke. If you don't clear your mock. They don't even pay you. And after working for 1 month they will will fire you stating performance. And will pay 4K (50% of that 2LPA variable) 1.58L is the product, and you can never sell this product And yes, few innocent people fall trap and lose their hard earned money Check Google reviews, negative reviews are real. 4 and 5 star reviews are paid reviews. Full of pressure, training team is worst They onboard 20 to 25 people every week and fire 95% within 2 weeks, wasting their time One of the worst ever company. They haven't registered. Better not to waste time and money here.
