I don't know why they are not providing proper training to new joiners and another thing is about field, they are not providing what they told earlier and not discussed when an employee asked.

...th each other and enjoying the lunch at terrace whether you are boss or employe. The account department was not that good because of salary problem 😜. They enjoy every festivals, sports week, annual functions etc. That was really good thing for the company.

...ing you in confidence, so some time its hard to manage your work life balance. The things is when you do your job with full confidence and hard work but you don't receive your salary on time, so its quite disappointing and hard to survive if you are outsider. I received my last salary after 5 months of resignation. And for that i have visited office 2 to 3 times and continuously contacting them for same.

Salary timely not paid to the employee, Food Allowns and petrol convenience amount not paid timely , management whihever not good, management not smart, management and client relationship very bad.

Support From Top Management, Respected HODs is really very helpful. Team members of each division are always ready to support. Working in healthy Environment. Nicely HR admin activities being carried out for motivation as well as enjoyment

1) Don't have Salary timings due to company don't have a proper fund planning or priority. 2) Every senior person predicted as I am a company owner and that's why they abused the employees and misbehaving like inhuman. 3) Company HR policies made only in company favour. Eg. Monthly 1.5 leave allow to employees (1 Day for personal and Half day for medical). Employees need to notice period for 3 months and if management having issues they terminated to him without giving any notice. 4) Field engineer's voucher not clearing before 6 months.
