There is been no negative point at all I found yet in my Hexaview Family and there will be never, because of the lead of Hexaview Family.

Company culture , company appreciate everyone who do good jobs and work-life balance is also good.

They pay different number to different employee even they both are doing the same work. There should be consistency.

Very low work pressure, instead they always push to grow better 7. Annual events, quarterly get-together, CSR events and team bonding activities 8. Flexibility in timings 9. Goal oriented targets 10. Good emphasis on self analysis and growth opportunities

1. Favorism by senior management 2. Appraisals 3. Hike percentage

1) 90 days notice period 2) Appraisal system is not good they prefer client side employees, they should give appraisal on the basis of employee impact , importance, his work.

Received mail regarding selection and doj for internship as 8th aug but it has been more than a week I haven't got any mail or update regarding joining process. I also tried to call hr but not picking up call and also not replying to mail. How can this company be trusted??
