Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Work life balance is good and they don't fire anyone. Lots of people are working here for more than 10 years. Good learning if you get a proper team

Product based company with zero risk in job. Immersive work culture flexible timings

... on out dated tech stacks including the version control system is very old. Hold backs the employees with less pay compared to market but if your lucky enough if you got your mangers back,you might get short term onsites here and then.

Allows individuals to grow and add value to business value. Higher management is very good. Very well organized company. Provides very good support in times of difficulties. Considers hard work every quarter and presents employees with Honors with some money. A very good work-life balance.

5years experienced personal has same salary as a 3 year experienced personal in the same company. Earlier company used to think its employees as its family and would assist them at every place but unfortunately 2019 after all the management change never been worst before. After covid everything got cost cutdown including the company gifts or Christmas cakes or whatever.

All the worst part is in the likes , what else would be needed here. Insurance is the other worst part here for senior employees which is equivalent to 1st level employees
