Everything, from the beginning og recruitment process to work culture, management, ethics, everything. Totally worst experience I had with this company. Not a proper respect for employees. No proper management Senior are just fighting internally to get leadership within a team of 2 or 3, inspite they do not have even guts of being leaders. No proper training to new employee, even no balance between training and onboarding process. And many more..
