Culture - The work culture seemed to vary between departments, and the technical department faced unique challenges. There was a perceived disparity in treatment, which could be improved to create a more equitable and supportive environments for all teams. On the positive side, this company can be a good stepping stone for your future jobs or opportunities.

This company is good for working with innovative ideas, but in return compensation is provided is conperatively low. So for experience you can reachout the company. Its environment is so user friendly.

Everything, from the beginning og recruitment process to work culture, management, ethics, everything. Totally worst experience I had with this company. Not a proper respect for employees. No proper management Senior are just fighting internally to get leadership within a team of 2 or 3, inspite they do not have even guts of being leaders. No proper training to new employee, even no balance between training and onboarding process. And many more..
