Salary and grades are not standardized as per the company standards considering individuals performance and experience..Lot of unwanted HR policies in terms of job grades block the growth of an individual even if he/she is a consistent and excellent performer .Also growth opportunities for technical positions are good,but non technical such as operational roles are very minimal.

Ni Pressure at work. All the managers i worked with were great.

Not much growth options. Salary is below average when compared to industry standards. If you are a contract employee, zero growth and zero salary advances.

Financially like salary hikes..for bachelor it's awesome place to work .when same person got married after some days it's not the platform to balance married life.

The teammates we every friendly. The company is quite employee friendly in terms of providing flexibility. The company gave me a very good exposure in terms of interaction with clients and their business, although I was just starting my career at that point.

Dislikes

The compensation is quite less compared to the market trend. Even in terms of career growth, it is quite slow. Maintaining work life balance is difficult quite frequently. The tendency of the company to move to latest technology is very slow and hence, the opportunity to upgrade yourself in a technology is affected negatively as well.

Hewlett Packard is always fantastic being it culture, growth, giving importance to women, security, Oh my god whatelse i can add to this. Overall EmployersFriendly company.

Expecting Large sum of Bonus and Salary.
