HR Policies are not clear and are implemented in random without cascading to the down level. If a person is resigned, no leave policy would be applied and if he/ she would go on leave then LOP followed by cutting of Earned leave too. Worst to say..!!

Hr policy and the hr behavior, wost management, even you are executive or senior executive you will be treated as a labour's by gate security till your reporting manager

Increments and promotions. Awesome Benefits for employees who stays for more than 5years. All the HODs will have so much fun, benefits and work life balance.

Dislikes

HR policy. Canteen food. Worst politics. No transparency between management and employees. You will feel unheard. HR people will not respond quickly. Overall company culture benefits only HODs and senior level people.

Every one is thinking about their development, but not the company benefit. There is no good manner from security to plant head. There is no good communication between everyone. They think like they only doing right to the company. There HR rules & benefits are not for an employee, those are changing day to day life on the basis of heads. And totally filled with too much politics playing with another.

No recognition while doing good and not even an encouraging. But fully descimination if they don't know what happening there. Everyone is doing there work with half knowledge. With that only they are managing there roles without any management skills.
