...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to nee joiners.

In this company every co- workers are helpful as well as they help you to learn the working culture of the site. The Site Incharge Gorge Varghese Sir is the finest man I have seen he is very helpful and our MD Sembhu Prasad he is fatherly character. I love them.

They don't wear proper atire in the office and here they don't see the pros and cons of the site and the safety in the site is not up to theark because none of the engineer wear there Saftey vest🦺 and during rainy season season they don't provide any site raincoat jacket.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
