Munjal is a big name and Hero as a brand doesn’t need any promotion but people who are heading the realty business is taking undue advantage of free hand given by promoter.

Hero reality is a very good company, to work. Employees are feel safe. Open door policy. Conducting training and work shop for the employees. Issues resolve by HR and Senior management on immediate basis. Colleagues are very good and supportive. HR conducts physco-matric test at the time of joining.That is Very good to maintain the company, employee work aura.
