Please join if you want to do outstation travel for 18-20 days with relatively less amount of TA and 10yrs old hotel policy. Unnecessary targets in service parameters. Planning department is here to remind you in which parameter you are not focusing not in how you should work. Unnecessary poking of CSPD. No work life balance. Now a days job security is not there. You have to give full explanation and you have to be responsible if you have not travelled in one month no matter you are down from health point of view or your closed person dies. Absolutely zero skill development program for field employee. If you don't have any option left then only join.

Salary increament is different on same grade same package 1:1.5 diffrence , promotion is pending of May employees, bell curve is using to increament , Revision in salary pending from 12 years Mediclaim benefits amount Is less 3 lakh

Poor appraisal system. Poor salary growth. Unfair pramotion . No listening of employees during company decisions.

Prestigious company..good respect from dealer team. Travel policy is also good Health benefits are also good.

Salary hike YOY is not good average will be 5-6%. Unnecessary things are added in day to day activity which are not even in the KRA. Middle management people like Zonal team expect a lot to show growth to higher management so people do a lot fake(farziwada) things in day to day work.

Nothing due to worst management HR of heromotocorp. Our third party payroll is good for us
