HeroMoto Corp is a very women friendly company, one of the safest place to work with and maintains a good work culture. Job Security is another key point which makes employees stick to the organisation for long. Also the fact that there is nothing as month closing with do or die because equally work load is divided throughout the month which is a major plus to be in the organisation in sales department.

Dislikes

...amount they are paying to you and the amount of work they are taking from you. The in-hand salary(being the no.1 automobile two wheeler manufacturer in the world), which I guess, is the least in automobile industry, making it the major dissatisfaction parameter that every employee feels compared to the amount of work you are putting in.

1. Lack of concrete processes that eliminates human errors 2. Poor documentation level. Past learnings are not recorded as they should be 3. Poor planning and prioritisation . Plethora of models/variants vs limited time. 4. Poverty of ambition : doesn’t aim to be the market leader in terms of technology or new product. The vision steers towards revenue and automobile market share primarily . 5. PDCA is rare 6. Project management team is more concerned about time than Quality and cost.

Please join if you want to do outstation travel for 18-20 days with relatively less amount of TA and 10yrs old hotel policy. Unnecessary targets in service parameters. Planning department is here to remind you in which parameter you are not focusing not in how you should work. Unnecessary poking of CSPD. No work life balance. Now a days job security is not there. You have to give full explanation and you have to be responsible if you have not travelled in one month no matter you are down from health point of view or your closed person dies. Absolutely zero skill development program for field employee. If you don't have any option left then only join.
