Low Compensation. Growth is slow, work life balance (6 day week). Discrimination (different working hours, different canteens for mid level management). Irresponsive HR team, attempt to follow HR practises of much larger automobile OEMs without understanding the whole scenario is making the life miserable for most employees.

The vision steers towards revenue and automobile market share primarily . 5. PDCA is rare 6. Project management team is more concerned about time than Quality and cost.

Hero is not a japnese company it's a Indian company old people's in HMCL thinks they are the boss and no one knows better then them also HMCL follows TPM which I think a great misguide for top management as people's are showing wrong data in each pillar and clapping for each other in the end of each time review
