...phone calls about my performance and also don't know about my 2nd year joining (4) about the salary as apprentice i got the best salary with different types of allowence (5) about the traveling facility it's too much charges (6)About the learning i have learnt the best industrial machinery and much more activity like TPM AND 5S (7) about the environment there always best because in the company there is a lots of plants out side and inside also (8) about the work-life balance in this i like the best way to balance it...and it is the fortnightly meeting by this activity they solved many problems that i face in company

Only 1 things that I don't like....... After 1 year I don't know i will select for second year or not....by this i can't take decision for my another job to join or not.....if possible to solve it then it will very helpful for middle class family because they need a job urgently I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 1 year fixed terms .On the job training is given to new joinees

There is a lot of politics and the Management doesn, t address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not give to new joinees.
