The hospital caters great opportunity for growth of professional and personal skills. The working environment of my department is very good and the head of the department is very generous and cooperative. Moreover, my head is open for any professional suggestions and entertains my views. Also, he is a very good mentor and provides best environment for me to work in the hospital. The overall working atmosphere and learning opportunities are very good.

Dislikes

The remuneration and the monetary compensation is not satisfactory. Also, there is slow growth and lesser increments. The policy for providing increments is universal and do not include the measures of individual's working calibre.

... know meaning of teamwork. Senior's doing too much partiality with junior staff. They force to do over time and never pay for that. Too much politics. Too much work load. Low man power.no job security. Diperession catch the employee's. The employee becomes robot. No human touch in this hospital. Work environment is so bad. No rest in night duties. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. It was a great experience working with Hero DMC Heart Institute. I had the opportunities for learning new techniques, team work, dealing with ventilator patients, enthusiastic environment, on time salary.

Dislikes

I dont think I had anything which I dont like about working with Hero DMC Heart Institute. Instead, if I will have the opportunity to work with this hospital again, I will surely do.
