Opportunity to learn. Seniors are guiding very well.

Dislikes

No job security. Have to sign 2.5 years agreement and if we want to leave the company in between, have to pay certain amount. Hectic and micro management. Favoritism towards some employees. Only buckets can survive. No standard pay. No extra pay for overtime and weekend work. HR is worst. Management blindly trusting those people. Never ask openion of employees. Unhygienic office space and no basic needs. Late night work in busy season and no food and transport facilities in night.

Good place to learn about U.S. Accounting. Seniors are excellent who guided us and trained in excellent manner.

Dislikes

...olitics and the managemrnt doesn't provide satisfactory solution for our issues. Salary and career growth is slow. There is a 2 years of agreement before whcih you resign then you need to pay 50% of compensation received during the tenure of employment to the company.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and group captain has good team management qualities. Company policies are good and accurately. Company arranged all necessaries and due care regarding CIVID9 and for work from home facilities. We have work satisfaction and learning very new and usefull things for our future.

I am new joiner and till to date I don't found any dislikes in company..
