This company has worst management ever & always play dirty politics with employees without any cause...& the worst part is they gave u the lowest amount of money for ur work...the boss don't give respect to any of his employee

When I joined Heritage TPA a few years back I was very satisfied with the company policies about employee benefits. But since 2016 everything changed. The company became solely a family affair. One of the top managers only concentrates about the well being and benefits of his family members. They are seldom present in the office and are being highly paid while people with no proper recommendation are made to work tirelessly without any off days and are being pennies. Worst place to work.

My age was some extent more than other processor & I was very less talkative. It was a plus point to do more work. But senior & experienced processors could not take this lightly. They thought I was showing very much to the company & ignoring them.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
