Poor growth Poor salary hikes and promotions Work life balance is very worst in the past 3 years (as Login time has been certainly increased to almost 8hrs which is monitored using tool and 8hrs to be reflected in production tools) Seniors/project coordinators tasks are hectic and no support from management whatsoever to mitigate the issue of recruiting new senior members

Leaves Benefit, In Covid period they have given us the salary on time and No layoffs.Good Company to Retire.

Dislikes

Slow Growth and less Increments, Depends upon the manager who supports you or not. Favoritism.Think twice while going in production projects bcoz there's no experience you will get which is valuable in other organizations.No bonus as such and No other benefits and no market adjustments.

Work life balance was there. Culture was very good and stress-free yet company and everyone was focused towards achieving goals and company vision...It was a pleasure working for this company and I hope to be a part of this company once again in future.

I didn't dislike anything about the company but they can improve in terms of salary increments and appraisals.
