Work-life balance is quite good here. The culture is an inclusive one, but depends on the team you work in. Timings are flexible allowing for urgent personal work to be taken up too.

Dislikes

...appraisals or promotions twice in last 3 years stating various reasons/factors. Company is ready to provide compensation to new hires but nothing for long serving employees. This may be the case every where, but more prevalent in Here and nothing is done about this.

Favouritism, lots of people are there for more than 10 years who thinks they own the company, not enough opportunity to grow. Based on project there can be micromanagement in few.

Likes

It is a very good company, with decent salary, Good job security, really good managers. In 1.8 years I old had one culture spoiling senior. Because of him 3 good engineer including me had put papers but when my colleagues told about his wrong behaviour in exit call. He was asked to leave the company by serving notice period. So I had taken my papers back.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. There are no onsite opportunities but excellent work life balance even in India.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company provides good appraisal and salary.

Frequent changes in management team leds to change in policies which leads to jobs layoff

-Less micro management by far. -They pay pretty much decently -company anchoring into culture -Flexible work culture

Dislikes

-mostly engagements are with foreign stakeholders so don't find the logic of asking to be in office mandatory 2 days a week. -More trainings should be there wrt the work
