Pay scale is too low, From last 2 years increment is not provided neither talented people are retained only old employees who don't want to grow and have got their comfort zone are their in the organisation

1.Spatial data specialists work is useless 2.management should focus on increasing salary instead of doing micromanagement 3. Politics within team members 4. Different rules for different teams according to their PLs 5.very very very less salary

-Less micro management by far. -They pay pretty much decently -company anchoring into culture -Flexible work culture

Dislikes

-mostly engagements are with foreign stakeholders so don't find the logic of asking to be in office mandatory 2 days a week. -More trainings should be there wrt the work
