Pay scale is too low, From last 2 years increment is not provided neither talented people are retained only old employees who don't want to grow and have got their comfort zone are their in the organisation

Growth is a bit stagnant for some good resources. Need to work a bit on the pay package to match up the market range.

It's a good starting for freshers. One of the best company i ever worked with. Staff and team-mate are so supportive. But if we talk about growth in salary it was very low apart of that there is good bonus every year.

Actually i am on third party pay roll. The here technology is very nice company to work and i want to continue but due wost experience with that third party company i left the job.
