Once upon a time, the company was caring about their employees. Salary is a plus

Dislikes

So many changes without any vision. The Top management was hoarded with several irrelevant roles, and those vertical heads for their existence introduce unnecessary process hurdles for majority of activities, an activity which use to get completed in 3 weeks of time, now take more than 3 months with no results. No management support to the downlines. Management folks are just pushing their days by reducing the engineers to the max ( No replacements for past 2 years)

I have a wonderful supervisor, Mrs. Kishan Kaur. She helped me a lot in Herbalife from my travel expenses to food expnses and guided me a lot. Company should send gifts to such employees for their continuous effort in the right direction. It will further motivate them and other employees in Herbalife.

Dislikes

There is no salary, even for experienced people. Company should send some appraisals to workers, it will bring back employees who do not find any benefit from Herbalife.

Good salary and benefits, number of leaves are best in the industry. Work location, work-life balance etc excellent.

Dislikes

Management is biased at times/mostly for promotions and internal movements.HR does not have much control. Management decision is final.

This is a good company brand, job security, 5 days working, salary, bonuses, some time you get coupons, company policy are good.

Dislikes

If you come here in inventory specially Site lead then it might be a worse nightmare. They are using 20 years old Oracle. You can not change anything here. You have to maintain your Oracle and contract manufacturer ERP. Both books must be equal. If your contract manufacturer is good then there is no problem otherwise you will always struggle.
