Appraisal system is the only thing which needs to be improved, the major issue is that company won't give you feedback on the appraisal they give.

You get to learn different new technologies and resharp the existing knowledge by working in several projects at a time.

Dislikes

No job security - they threaten as and when they feel like, they make you work so hard at the time of project execution/delivery but at the time of appraisal-no appreciation, too much office politics, work environment degraded as politics increased, they neither pay for extra hour work nor appreciate it, very poor work-life balance.
