Recruitment process is not good. Without knowing a person properly they are recruiting and offering good position. I was a Sr. Manager, on top of me they recruited Mr. Jha most Idiot V.P, I have seen in my 47 years of service. Only for him I had to Resign. The Owner stays in Philipine. Doesn't take much interest for field staffs. No I will not rate the company as a Standard one.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
