Managers favouritism makes working environment and culture worst. I am at PPDS site Ahmedabad since last ૩ years, and witnessing the biasness in promotion, annual appraisal and day to day work distribution to fellow. Some people sit whole the day and make PPT of 4-5 slides, while some are loaded with extreme work burden by manager.

...motion even the person have been doing a job in the same company for long time.low salary candidates will get low increment and high sallaried person will get high increment.which is based on there CTC.

Company has a good work culture. Supporting team members. Good learning for freshers. Work-life balance is ok. 2nd, 4th and 5th Sat off. Food facilities and mediclaim facilities is there like other companies. Timely social activities has been arranged.

Dislikes

Poor clarity of responsibility above band 1 level. Local FTEs are more productive and have poor salary structure compare to outside Gujarat people. sometimes internal people get demotivated because high salary difference. Many Instruments are old and life is about to end. Few labs are empty and not is use. Many times shift culture is not suitable for many of the teammates.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.Safe and secure environment

Good things I observed, Hemmo has been taken over by Piramal Pharma. Hence we got all benefits like a MNC. One of the leading & Successful manufacturer of Peptides API among india.

Dislikes

They pay very very less salary to the fresher. If you're from engineering background, I'll suggest not join production as it very small scale production, you’ll not bulk scale experience. Go for other sectors. Increments is too less. Whatever Increments they give will go in the deduction itself. No benefits. Canteen food is average.
