I dont like in firm. There is very hostile work culture there. The senior employees are very unprofessional and not knowledgeable. Massive system which turn hostile day by day. I joined as company secretary and they give me senior roc manager role but later i had to report my junior. Hemnat shah asked status of my work from junior. So cross check before join keep records of every conversation in email because their senior employees are very unprofessional specially HR ( Neha Mahadhik)

There is a lot of scope to learn what you want to as there is ample work. Client base in here is extremely active and forward looking and there is ample work year round. Right from form filing to opinion writing, everything a Company Secretary in employment or in practice would do is taught here. Lot of authority and responsibility given to trainee and this freedom breeds independence and confidence to great extent. Friendly, Loving and Competent people around. I was lucky to have been work alongside them. Very efficient and courteous seniors and Boss.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, as there is ample of work year round. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
