... in them - Want to do 'everything under the sun' without investing on workforce! - Forget about getting any salary - Strong trend of hiring in mass, make them work and terminate without any advance notice, then all the best following them for salary, FnF, PF, Tax with No response! - HR is hopeless with no authority and empathy, basically just a management Puppet And the list can go On and On but.. Please don't waste your time and energy in even thinking to Join this company. Even if you have 0 offers, upgrade your skills or do something productive rather than Join here and spoil your career..

...l now is valuable and priceless. Here, I get to learn about a lot of new things. My salary is coming on time. WHF is allowed so that we can work safely from our home.

A result-oriented work culture where work is demanding and is time-bound. Also, sometimes we need to work on multiple projects at the same time.

Salary getting delayed more than a month. FNF settlement not happening till 1 to 2 year after leaving the company Appraisal getting delayed by 8-9 month every year Any day they can ask you to leave the company as they don't have money to pay you They will never respond over your email and calls for your pending dues It's totally lala company where they don't have any issue with anyones feedback All the tenured and department head people have their favorate female employees and they are giving all the benefits to their favorite female employee only Their managers are doing filthy and body shaming comments and insane activity in office party with female staff .... actually they are organising office party only just for their fun If any employee is doing best then manager will try to expel the employee from office any way so that manager job can be secured in future. There is no work life balance , no skill development, no appraisal, no recognition if you are male. For female also it's same if you are not entertaining your boss.

Making false promises by senior, keep salary on hold without any information, no appraisal, no promotion, no managers or HR's are ready to address employees concern they only make false promises. Now waiting for template in comments section.

Two rotational off along with Sunday. Shift timing 11:00AM to 7:30PM. Working process is very good.

Dislikes

Salary and other benefits are very poor. Increasement or appraisal not provided by the company from last two years.
