Inspite being such a small company politics was still prevailing and even hard working individuals were not motivated or appraised. The appraisal cycle was not followed for atleast two years in a row.

Not paying according to market stander, also don't provide the lead to generate the revenue on another end they continuously force you to generate the revenue by churning their 5-6 years old leads.

Worst company wrong contentment with thier employees and clients also koi experience nahi milega yha agar koi travel sector se bhi hoga tab bhi nahi salary hold krdenge fake commitments hote hai by senior manager

Bad politics and policy . No hr and policies they have only experience advisor there think they are the owner of the company . Nothing to learn new things
