Salary on time.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture. Founders have no class. They get influenced easily. Blaming culture is at peak. No encouragement for your hard work. Even relieving letter was not given. No future for the company. Office politics is only way to survive. If you cannot do that better try somewhere else or be prepared for mental pressure for no fault of yours.

I'm happy to work in this company couse there are supporting people in my surroundings . Management is handled by best people. Team- leader & operation managers are always helping me whenever i'm facing the problems .
