No Job Security, Until they have project they will treat employee like everything , after no one will come in contact. They know the project details like contract but they will hide when will end. Directly get mail that employment will be end . And no will show their faces.

They are providing good work from home and remote opportunities which is good for homesick people. No bargaining with the expected CTC.

Didn’t get my form 16 on time. Didn’t get my salary hike which was already confirmed from manager.

No job security Hire for very short time by hiding the facts. In Offer letter they mention 2 months notice period but joining contract says only 1 month. Very manipulative people in HR and account management. They will directly terminate you once they project is over

All fixed salary, No micro management.

They will give offer letter with two or three months notice but after joining they give some document which will include termination 1 month and while project end they will directly send termination letter with out any information to employ.

Salary and benefits were good. Very good working environment if working with at the client side.

No job security!!! They hire for client side only. If there are no projects on client side they will make your resign. No prior notice given, notice of last day is given only one night before, with very negative feedback. On offer letter, notice period to serve for 2 months written for both the parties, but they themselves don't follow that.
